Supporting the major changes and building trust.


The group announces a governance shift due to major changes in both structures and situation. It must therefore organise a series of staff meetings to explain the necessary changes, to show that is capable of implementing them and to outline its perspectives.


The aim of these meetings is to discuss such changes and get the staff on board to avoid any social conflict in a sector where media coverage can have a major impact.

Achieved together

  • laying of sustainable foundations for the message with HR and all heads of department, so that each spokesperson may pass on a uniform and consistent message to the staff,
  • meetings with the consulting agency specialised in restructuring, which wrote the white paper,
  • management of the announcement of the redundancy plan: implementation of specific communication aimed at all those impacted by the announcement and monitoring the communication,
  • crisis management, if necessary.
