The new manager is setting up a corporate finance structure, of which he will be in charge, for several European countries.

Hearing

The idea is to “sell” the arrival of a new manager to the group and to sustainably position the structure and associated activities, for which the group had no specific legitimacy.

Explain the evolution of the shareholder structure.

Listening

This group is about to announce a strategic change of its capital.

Hearing

This announcement and the entry of certain shareholders could raise both internal and external criticism. The new foreign partners also want to be involved in the communication process.

  • analysis of the way the environment potentially perceives the fact that certain institutional players take a stake in the company,
  • definition of arguments through the study of the impact on all stakeholders,
  • monitoring of potential rumours in the media “before the announcement”, possible reactions in agreement with management,
