This consulting agency needs to raise its profile in the eyes of influential parties, in order to increase its clientele in all of the group’s businesses.
Still in development 4 years after it was created, the group called for help to assert its original model, both internally and externally.
Strengthening the company’s communication strategy :
- drafting of distinction criteria for the group’s activity and developing arguments,
- reflection on the institutional communication strategy and implementation,
- support and counselling on news flow (deal flow, studies…).
